These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment in and use of courses offered by Beyond Vectors AI PVT LTD ("we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment. You will receive access details via the email address provided at checkout. Each enrollment is for a single individual and is non-transferable.
Enrolled students receive lifetime access to course recordings and community resources. Live class schedules are provided at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to reschedule classes with reasonable advance notice.
All course materials, recordings, slides, and code shared during the program are the intellectual property of Beyond Vectors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.
Students are expected to engage respectfully in all live sessions and community spaces. We reserve the right to remove any student who engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
Course content is provided for educational purposes. Beyond Vectors makes no guarantee of specific outcomes, job placements, or results from completing the program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Vectors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the course.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
